Project Controls Coordinator
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Afford assistance to the Project Controls PCs with coordinating duties, opening/closing Phase codes, internal change requests, data entry, job cost adjustments, accruals, and deliverables (Weekly Cost, Production, and Earned Value reports.)
- Afford assistance with tracking Change Order logs, RR, Drawdowns, and updating/distributing the accounts receivables and CO logs.
- Afford assistance with Purchasing logs and Equipment Logs.
- Afford assistance to PMs, Directors, VPs, and PCMs with accounts receivables, special reports, requests, or analysis.
- Afford assistance with report accuracy in person-hours daily with Field Engineers and Timekeepers.
- Afford assistance with report accuracy for quantities daily, daily productivity, and plan percent complete with Field Engineers.
- Afford assistance with PCs on Ecosys setup, manual B2W true-ups, Job Cost, Client, Equipment, Trend, and Production Reports.
- Analyze data and correct mistakes with or without guidance from supervisor.
Education & Experience Requirements
- A two (2) year Associate or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Accounting/Finance, or Project Management.
- 0-2 years of administrative/coordinator experience, and there is a preference for experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Power Generation.
Preferred Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Ecosys, Viewpoint, and Document Control programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to notice trends in data, problem solve, or escalate issues to proper manager.
- Understanding of project cost accounting principles.
- Knowledge and understanding of the required federal and state codes for the project.
- Self-disciplined, motivated, able to work with limited direct supervision, self-sufficient problem solver.
- Able to quickly adjust to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Dedication to continual process improvement.

- Salary $60,000 - $70,000 annually, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
