Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated EPC project schedules
• Maintain schedule progress and implement strategies for schedule optimization
• Establish KPIs for project controls and the program to report on project performance
• Forecast project costs during project execution
• Prepare cashflow forecasts for Finance
• Support project teams on change management
• Develop processes to streamline information flow and secure timely approvals from management
• Support estimation team with benchmarking, project feedback, change management feedback, and process improvement
• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of project level and executive reporting program
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience on commercial and/or large scale infrastructure programs
• Proven experience in project controls, with a track record of successfully managing and executing full life cycle projects and/or large programs with multiple projects
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, including scheduling techniques, cost control, and risk management
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Cost Control software)
• Able to communicate to executives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Adaptability to deploy project controls deliverables that are meaningful and sustainable
• Experience overseeing deliverables impacting high performing teams working cross functionally with engineering, procurement, construction project execution, finance, Infrastructure applications and facilities teams
• Experience leading a team of 25+ projects at any given time
• Experience in multiple locations possible: Austin, TX; Sparks, NV; San Francisco, CA; Brookshire, TX; Robstown, TX

Pay

Expected Compensation: $96,000 - $240,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
