About the role

We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it. We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack.

Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. We hire people who care deeply about this problem space. If that is you, please apply!

How We Operate

We operate with extreme ownership, full autonomy, and a focus on velocity. We challenge every assumption and prioritize the best idea, not egos. We're driven by a love of the game and the frontier of AI, and we put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.

The Capacity Delivery Program Team

The Capacity Delivery Program team turns signed capacity commitments into energized, GPU-ready data centers on dates our customers have already bet their roadmaps on. The team is working on key problems such as building and maintaining integrated CPM schedules, finding and closing schedule compression opportunities, tracking cost and field productivity, and providing a single source of truth on project status.

Role Scope

As a member of the Capacity Delivery Program team, you will own the P6 CPM schedule for one or more greenfield data center builds, from baseline through closeout. You will run cost and productivity tracking, drive schedule compression, lead schedule reviews, and build reporting cadence. You will also close out projects with as-built schedules and cost records complete enough to hold up under an owner audit.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on P6 CPM scheduling and cost controls experience
  • Greenfield hyperscale or data center build experience, or comparably complex construction programs of $500M or more
  • Expertise in Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and the MS Suite
  • A track record of quantifiable accomplishments, such as dollars saved, days compressed, and milestones pulled in
  • Concise communication and ability to defend schedule decisions under scrutiny
  • Ability to compress schedules instead of padding them, and articulate what has to be true for Day 1 versus what can wait for Day 2
  • Based in Austin or willing to relocate, and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or visa transfer

Qualifications

Bonus qualifications include direct experience on hyperscaler data center programs or with a tier-one GC delivering them.

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $155K - $200K.
