We need to output only HTML fragment, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, navigation, cookie, legal, scam warning, application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's parse the posting. First paragraph: "At Eichleay, we are continuously building relationships with talented Project Controls professionals who are interested in future opportunities supporting industrial and capital projects across multiple markets. This Evergreen posting allows us to connect with qualified professionals in advance of upcoming project awards, long-term programs, owner's engineering assignments, and embedded client support roles. We are interested in individuals who bring expertise in one or more areas of Project Controls, including: Cost Engineering Engineering Planning Turnaround Planning Resource Loading Cost Analysis Project Cost Management Estimating Planning and Scheduling Progress Measurement Earned Value Management (EVM) Forecasting and Performance Reporting Change Management Risk Analysis and Quantitative Risk Assessment Project Analytics and Reporting" That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that as

About the role

then

with that content. Next: "Our Project Controls professionals work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Engineering Leads, Construction Teams, Procurement Specialists, and Client stakeholders to provide visibility, predictability, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Roles may support projects in refining, chemicals, energy, power, life sciences, food and beverage, manufacturing, mining, infrastructure, and other industrial sectors." That's also about role, maybe part of same paragraph. Then "Employment Type: Full time. Other options may exist including part time, fixed-term, and casual (as needed employment types)". This is schedule? Actually schedule is about work schedule (full time, part-time). Could be Schedule section. But we need to include Schedule only if posting actually states them. It does state employment type. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Then "Compensation and Benefits: We offer full time employees' competitive compensation and benefits that include, Medical/Dental/Vision, HSA company contribution, company 401K match, and more." That's Benefits (and maybe Pay). It mentions compensation but not specific numbers. We have Benefits section. Pay section only if posting actually states them (like salary range). It does not give specific pay, just "competitive compensation". According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision, HSA company contribution, company 401K match, and more). So Benefits section is okay. Pay section: not specific numbers, just "competitive compensation". That might be considered not specific; rule says never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation but not specific. Might be considered vague; better to omit Pay section. We'll include Benefits only. Then "Position Summary Project Controls professionals at Eichleay provide the systems, processes, analysis, and reporting necessary to successfully deliver capital projects. Depending on experience and project requirements, individuals may support project planning, cost management, scheduling, forecasting, estimating, performance measurement, risk management, or integrated project controls functions. Successful candidates combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills and the ability to influence project outcomes through accurate reporting, proactive problem solving, and data-driven recommendations." That's about role/responsibilities. Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. Then "Typical Responsibilities (Responsibilities may vary based on assignment, project size, and level.)" then list bullet points. We need to output

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Thus we need a Responsibilities section with

    Responsibilities

    and then a
with each bullet. Then "Minimum Qualifications Requirements may vary based on role, project needs, and level of responsibility." then subheadings Education, Experience. We need Requirements and Qualifications sections. The instruction: use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide what goes where. We have Education and Experience under Minimum Qualifications. Could be Qualifications section. We also have "Preferred Skills" list. Thus we can have: - About the role (intro) - Responsibilities (list) - Qualifications (Education + Experience) - Skills (Preferred Skills) - Benefits (Compensation and Benefits) - Schedule (Employment Type) We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title. Not needed. We must remove boilerplate: Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. Also remove "Work Environment & Requirements" maybe? That contains some info about remote, office, site visits, overtime, safety requirements. That's substantive; could be part of Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like Work Environment. But we only allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "Work Environment". So we need to incorporate that info into appropriate sections, maybe Responsibilities or Qualifications? It's about work environment, not exactly responsibilities. Could be part of Responsibilities (like "Work may be performed remotely...") but it's more about conditions. Could be part of Qualifications? Not really. Perhaps we can include it under Responsibilities as a bullet? But it's not a duty. Could be part of About the role? Might be okay to add a paragraph after About the role describing work environment. Since we cannot create new headings, we can embed that info in a

under About the role or Responsibilities. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can keep About the role longer. Thus we will put work environment details in About the role paragraph. Now we need to extract all substantive info and not lose any. Let's list all substantive content blocks: Intro paragraph (At Eichleay... Evergreen posting... interested in individuals who bring expertise in one or more areas of Project Controls, including: list) Second paragraph about working closely with stakeholders and sectors. Employment Type paragraph. Compensation and Benefits paragraph. Position Summary paragraph. Typical Responsibilities heading and bullet list. Minimum Qualifications heading with Education and Experience subpoints. Preferred Skills heading and bullet list. Work Environment & Requirements paragraph (including remote/office/site, overtime, safety, etc.) Client/Project Requirements (as Applicable) paragraph (including TWIC Card, OSHA training, etc.) Why Eichleay? paragraph. Equal Opportunity Employer boilerplate (to remove). We need to decide where to place each. About the role: combine intro, working closely, sectors, position summary, why Eichleay? maybe. Responsibilities: the bullet list under Typical Responsibilities. Qualifications: Education and Experience (minimum qualifications). Could also include "Requirements may vary based on role, project needs, and level of responsibility." as a note. Skills: Preferred Skills bullet list. Benefits: Compensation and Benefits paragraph. Schedule: Employment Type paragraph. We also have Work Environment & Requirements and Client/Project Requirements. Where to put? Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? They are not duties but conditions. Could be part of About the role as additional info. Or we could create a separate section like "Requirements" but we already have Requirements heading reserved for maybe something else? The instruction lists Requirements as a possible heading. Could use Requirements for things like work environment, client/project requirements, safety certifications. That seems appropriate: Requirements heading could contain those details. However we already have Qualifications for education/experience. So we can use Requirements for work environment, client/project requirements, safety, etc. Thus sections: - About the role (intro, working closely, sectors, position summary, why Eichleay?) - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (work environment, client/project requirements, safety certifications, etc.) - Qualifications (education, experience) - Skills (preferred skills) - Benefits (compensation and benefits) - Schedule (employment type) We must not create Pay section. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to format. We'll produce:
