We’re adding to our team! We are seeking a Project Controls to support the documentation and reporting aspects of our engineering projects. You will: Assist Project Managers to monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate project planning and reporting.Interact with customers and vendor personnel to assure project progress to meet customer requirements.Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and associated costs.Prepare invoices, verify details for accuracy, and deliver to the customer.Identify and flag variances in project budgets and schedules.Support risk and opportunity analysis related to project financials.Follow and coordinate established or informal standard operating procedures and guidelines for Mission Critical business team.Support development of project estimates to verify accuracy and maintain data integrity.Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. You have: Bachelor's degree in a Business or technical field or equivalent experience.3+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts PayableProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and management.A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
