Project Controls Analyst - Estimating and Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling, cost accounting, and estimating support to customers.
• Oversee the work of others and lead interactive planning, scheduling, and estimating sessions with a larger team.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in automated accounting, budgeting, cost management, and estimating systems.
• Working knowledge and understanding of project management and cost and schedule control at the tactical level.
• Knowledge of operations, maintenance, or project startup and construction.
• Demonstrated skill in conceptual estimating, coordination with technical personnel, interfacing with engineers, knowledge of field construction techniques, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Ability to apply concepts and methods to quantify work condition impacts on costs.
• Preferred: Ability to apply Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) cost and schedule requirements when developing and maintaining moderately complex plans and schedules under limited supervision.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in business, construction management, technical, engineering or a related area and 2 years of practical experience.
• A bachelor's degree and 5 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent.
• An associate degree and 8 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent.
• A high school diploma and 12 years of relevant experience would also be considered equivalent.

Pay

$120,000 + The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
