About the role
The Project Controls Administrator is responsible for various financial and administrative tasks and duties supporting the Company’s business and responsible for the end-to-end management of project finances.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a consistent and disciplined approach to project financials utilizing appropriate systems and processes
- Create and update financial records (e.g., Lines, Purchase Orders Requests (PORs), Purchase Orders (POs), Invoices, etc.)
- Order, track, and evaluate third party services including issuance of Vendor POs
- Track and bill milestone services, pass thru expenses, and other ad hoc items
- Monitor and control recognition of revenue and cash flow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, finance, or accounting
- Prior experience preferred - with one or more billing systems utilized by big four carriers (i.e., AT&T, Dish, T-Mobile, and Verizon) such as Ariba, iSupplier, ACAS, ScopeWorker
- Experience with Sitetracker and Sage Intacct, or other similar industry project management tools highly desirable
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of clients, vendors, subcontractors, professionals, and executives
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- C competent using cloud-based IT environment such as Office 365 or Google Suite
