Responsibilities

  • Communicates with cross functional teams, including management, regularly regarding the status of projects and operations.
  • Evaluates spending on technical programs and operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the execution of work.
  • Develops and maintains risk registers for projects across the team’s portfolio.
  • Reports regularly on cost, change, schedule and risk metrics to the broader team and executives.
  • Attends meetings with the engineering team, construction team, operations team, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Assists with invoicing review and approval.

Requirements

  • Experience/Training: 2+ years of related experience in industrial construction operations
  • Critical Skills: 2+ years of experience with contracts, strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, DocuSign, and Outlook, experience with or the ability to learn Procore project management systems, ability to multi-task and work in high pressure, deadline driven environment, strong organizational skills and detail oriented, proactive and solution oriented, must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and professional courtesy, effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Skills

  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, DocuSign, and Outlook.
  • Experience with or the ability to learn Procore project management systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Proactive and solution oriented.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professional courtesy.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
