Responsibilities

• Project Accounting & Administration
• Compiling owner requisitions
• Internal audit finding resolution
• Subcontractor requisition and accounts payable processing
• Consumable materials purchasing and equipment inventory monitoring
• Field payroll management
• Affirmative actions and small business tracking and reporting
• Project Finance Support
• Monthly project financial forecast preparation
• Monthly cost reports and key performance indicator monitoring
• Project cash-flow monitoring and forecasting
• Change Order Monitoring & Reconciliation
• Contract Administration
• Procurement and schedule management
• Financial reporting and oversight
• Securing required permits and verifying insurance coverage
• Lien waiver and insurance administration
• Project setup, closeout, and owner contract review and readiness
• General Support
• Supporting project meetings
• Preparing and submitting monthly job status reports
• Leading project close-out processes
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors
• Participating in proposal and presentation development
• Recruiting and retaining top industry talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Careful attention to detail and reliability of output
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP, Textura, Coupa, or Google platforms (preferred)
• Highly motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
