Project & Contract Finance Specialist
Responsibilities
- Review construction project contracts to ensure adherence to billing terms and compliance requirements.
- Maintain project database.
- Reconcile project costs and billings to the general ledger.
- Monitor and pursue aging receivables.
- Serve as liaison between the finance team and project managers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' construction AIA billing and contract administration experience.
- Experience with construction ERP systems.
- Previous involvement in ERP implementation and business process improvement initiatives.
