About the role

Plans and completes Finance related projects, concerning a broad range of financial topics, in order to increase effectiveness of financial management, Siemens-wide or for organization units assigned.

Constantly analyzes finance or general business related processes, methodologies and tools, and looks for improvement potential.

Prepares and proposes project opportunities, and provides respective information for accountable management.

Takes over project management role (definition of schedule, budget, quality, risk, project changes, opportunity and resource allocation management).

Ensures adherence to PM@SIEMENS project management guidelines and principles.

Constantly maintains and facilitates cooperation between involved stakeholders, in consideration of project milestones, resources, budgets and objectives.

May involve and cooperate with external service providers, monitors their services and approves work deliveries.

Maintains adherence agreed to agreed budgets, and takes actions in case of deviations.

Provides functional or business process leadership.

Requirements

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Knowledge of financial systems and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or project management.

Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.

Pay

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $107,060 - $147,213

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
