About the Role

Valley Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a Project Consultant to join its sales team. In this role you will meet with homeowners, learn their project goals, inspect properties, recommend appropriate solutions, and create proposals. The focus is on building trust, understanding construction, communicating value, and helping homeowners make informed decisions—not high‑pressure sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their project objectives.
• Inspect properties and assess needs.
• Recommend suitable roofing or exterior solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed project proposals.
• Build trust and communicate value to help homeowners decide.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people and building relationships.
• Residential construction knowledge or a strong desire to learn.
• Comfortable inspecting homes and climbing ladders.
• Confidently present proposals face‑to‑face.
• Organized and proficient with technology and CRM software.
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and accountable.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work in a drug‑free, non‑smoking workplace.

Compensation

Expected annual earnings of $100,000+ with commission‑based compensation that rewards results.
