Project Circular Economy – Dealer Part Return Repair/Reuse Management

What You Will Do

• Manage Part Return Process - reduce Scrap, optimize Repair/Reuse and enhance Supplier Recoveries.
• Review Dealer / Depot submissions on part quality & packaging issues and have follow-up call with initiators to review product & manufacturing issues.
• Pareto all issues, stratify into commodities and develop KPI reports to showcase trends – Non-Conformance Tickets are maintained & closed.
• Using KPI reports, work with suppliers on trends, establish root causes and recommend corrective actions – PRODUCT/PROCESS/PACKAGING.
• Execute corrective actions by working with all suppliers, internal stakeholders, tracking impact of actions taken, including Non-Conformance Tickets issued, Field Quality Control Messages and $ value of cost recoveries.
