Role Overview

We are seeking a senior individual to join the Buyside Product team focusing on evolving Operations strategy. This role will report to the Global Head of Buy-Side Post-Trade Product and will play a critical role in defining the future state of our front-to-back operating model and IBOR strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product priorities aligned to client needs and broader strategic objectives.
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for key areas, including asset class expansion and operational readiness.
  • Analyse workflows across front-to-middle office functions to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and partner with Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure start-of-day readiness by driving improvements in data completeness, accuracy and timeliness across critical workflows.
  • Use data, operational metrics and client feedback to inform prioritisation and product decisions.
  • Lead integrations with third-party partners and internal systems, ensuring alignment with target operating models.
  • Track delivery against milestones, proactively managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate product vision, progress and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in buy-side asset management or financial technology.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, reconciliation or data integrity management processes.
  • Working knowledge of investment workflows, particularly across front-to-middle office operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform product decisions.
  • Experience owning product initiatives and driving delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams in an agile development environment.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience with middle office workflows and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with asset class lifecycles across Equity, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities and Derivatives.
  • Experience leading client onboarding, integrations or mid to large-scale product rollouts.
  • Understanding of target operating model design and implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-driven environment.

Pay

Salary Range: $140,000 - $295,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
