About the Opportunity
The Project & Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily workflow of the Design Services department. This role ensures smooth processing of design requests, accurate billing, and customer support, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the design team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily workflow within the Design Services department
- Review and process design requests
- Enter work into the design department's queue
- Process billing for design work
- Provide customer service and technical support for design projects
- Evaluate technical requirements of artwork
- Analyze and process internal and external reports related to team workload
- Enforce policies on image usage, fonts, and stock photos
- Troubleshoot artwork issues including DPI, color mode, fonts, sizing, layout, and image quality
- Process basic artwork requests using Adobe software
- Advise customers on manufacturing and print restrictions
- Engage customers with a sales consultant approach to promote design services
- Follow up on open, incomplete, or outdated projects
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience/training in Graphic Design, Printing, Art, or Computers
- Ability to resolve customer escalations under general supervision using policies and procedures
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Workfront
- Proficiency with relevant systems
- Understanding of product knowledge and customer service policies
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic mathematics skills
Pay
- The compensation range for this position is $26.00 to $28.00 hourly
- Eligible for commission or annual performance incentive plan
- Base pay varies by knowledge, skills, location, experience, and internal equity
