About the role
The Project Assistant operates within event management and marketing for corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. The role focuses on project visibility, ensuring confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are kept visibly separate.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile project-focused assistance with dependency management, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of event management and marketing.
- Coordinate global events role documentation with status tracking, maintaining clear visibility of project details.
- Review project tracking with deadline management, ensuring all actions are traceable and up-to-date.
- Document project details and reporting, maintaining accuracy and clarity for all stakeholders.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring project visibility remains usable under the demands of event management and marketing.

Strong project-focused assistance ensures project visibility remains usable under the specific demands of event management and marketing. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be surfaced before they cause downstream rework.

Position Details
This is a full-time, entry-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$69,000 per year.
