Key Responsibilities

  • Cook up and oversee due diligence and quality control procedures on offering memorandums in connection with securities offerings.
  • Collaborate with investment banking teams, auditors, and management to gather supporting materials.
  • Create pitches and presentation materials for practice groups to secure or support client mandates.
  • Conceptualize, write, produce, and disseminate client services communications, including internal newsletters, fact sheets, financial profiles, and client news.
  • Compile data from various sources like client and firm financials, relationship maps, third-party data providers, and internal/external communications to generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, financial market dynamics, client news, and market trends, and share this knowledge with practice group teams.
  • Manage checklists and critical dates lists, prepare UCC Financing Statements and other filings, and keep accurate time records.
  • Operate efficiently in a technology-driven environment, demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Strong communication skills, impeccable research and analytical skills, ability to organize and track overlapping tasks, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proven creativity, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and others.
  • Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with little to no advance notice.

Pay

New York: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $70,000-$75,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
