What You’ll Do
- Set up jobs, contracts, and project files
- Track budgets and change orders
- Support invoicing and subcontractor payments
- Manage project documents and job cost info
- Keep teams aligned and projects organized
What We’re Looking For
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
- Mandatory Microsoft Office experience
- Construction, painting, or facility maintenance experience preferred
- Project or construction software experience a plus
- High School Diploma or GED equivalence required
