About the role
Arcadis is seeking a Project Assistant to join our team in supporting technical project administration work for multiple client accounts and project managers in our Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Teams with various non-technical and technical deliverables throughout the project design and construction phases, including:
- Formatting technical reports and design specifications.
- Coordination with the design team for distribution and tracking of construction related questions and submittals.
- Management of document controls during the project construction phase, including management of the project-specific online information management system.
- Review, production, and delivery of meeting notes, summary reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Development and monitoring of tracking logs for various design and construction related processes.
- Aid Project Managers with invoice preparation and development of backup materials.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related experience
Key Skills and Attributes
- Previous technical/administrative experience in a fast-paced setting, with strong computer skills, and a high level of competence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Highly motivated with a desire to pursue continual innovative improvements in processes.
- Demonstrate productivity, effectiveness, and excellent communication (both written and verbal) while working both independently and within a team.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills with the ability to work under time constraints and prioritize/ plan work, while working on multiple tasks for several projects/ managers simultaneously.
- Demonstrate professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with clients and individuals at all levels of the company.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $76,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
