About the role
The Project & Art Coordinator will play a crucial role in bringing creative projects from concept to production. Reporting to the Art Director, this position involves working closely with customers, sales, design, and production teams to ensure all artwork is polished, print-ready, and delivered with excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of artwork
- Review and approve artwork for quality and adherence to client specifications
- Work with designers to refine and finalize artwork files
- Ensure all artwork meets printing standards and is ready for production
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to artwork
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with digital proofing and color management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
