Responsibilities
- Produce and coordinate construction documents for custom residential projects under the direction of the Senior Project Manager
- Prepare project specifications and compile relevant technical data
- Perform design analyses, planning studies, and occupancy reviews
- Develop limited design layouts and detail development
- Coverage with consultants and review completed drawings, reports, and calculations for accuracy
- Aid with permitting submissions and respond to plan check comments
- Support construction administration including RFIs and submittal review
Qualifications
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program
- 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture
- Licensure required for Project Architect title; unlicensed candidates considered for Architectural Staff
- Experience in custom residential preferred; familiarity with high-end finishes and building systems a plus
- Working knowledge of California building codes and permitting processes
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on assigned tasks
