As one of the world’s leading independent global investment firms, Invesco is dedicated to rethinking possibilities for our clients. This role supports the Global Investor Forum (GIF) and various investment teams, providing administrative and project assistance across a global footprint.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Global Investor Forum (GIF) activities and the GIF Operating Team as needed.
- Support the Investments Project Manager, Director of Equity Investments, and Global Head of Investor Engagement with various projects.
- Generate timely research reports using market data service applications, with extensive interaction in Microsoft Excel.
- Advocate for equity investors and participate in cross-departmental projects.
- Assist investment teams in preparing for internal meetings, client presentations, and board presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports for assigned team members.
- Manage calendar and meeting planning for assigned team members.
- Assist with various projects and requests for assigned team members.
- Coordinate setup and ordering for meetings requiring meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, refreshments).
- Order and manage supplies and other items needed by the team.
- Provide backup support for other assistants as necessary.
- Perform other duties particular to the assigned teams and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or professional office experience.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with proficiency in document management and creation, including combining documents from MS Office and Adobe Acrobat into seamless files.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with and become proficient in new investment research tools (e.g., AI tools).
- Ability to multi-task under pressure with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new software packages quickly and become proficient in a short time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels inside and outside the organization.

- Expected to comply with Invesco’s Workplace Policy, spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
