Project Analysts

About the role

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Analysts to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii and Dallas, Texas. Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of project audits and validate the accuracy of analytical data for senior management review.
• Coordinate the investigation of project discrepancies and lead the development of technical root cause analyses.
• Monitor project performance against established benchmarks and validate the implementation of management control improvements.
• Conduct specialized Technical Reviews of mission execution data intended for diverse theater Mission Partners.
• Validate the technical accuracy of Project Health Reports and lead field-level assessments of resource burn rates and performance metrics.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure that all project deliverables meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Requirements

Senior Level

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Experience in formal project oversight and leading technical root cause analysis.

Midlevel

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Proficiency in data collection and technical reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• DAWIA Level II in Program Management or Business-Financial Management (or equivalent).
• Experience with DoW project control tools and performance measurement techniques.

Clearance

Must hold an active Secret Clearance.

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
