Project Analyst - Strategic Data Centers
Job Summary
Assists a project manager in applying process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. Supports the management of small portions of well-defined projects. Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented Project Analyst - Strategic Data Centers (Remote) to join our Distribution business.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business data from multiple sources to support operational and business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Maintain project status, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables while providing reporting support to project teams.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and operational stakeholders.
- Identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and business insights.
- Support data validation, quality checks, and process improvement initiatives to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data engineering, operations, and business leaders, to improve data accessibility and usability.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and business-focused manner.
- Automate manual reporting processes where possible.
Requirements
- Experience in business analytics, reporting, project coordination, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to different audiences.
- Experience working with large datasets, databases, and reporting systems.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience automating reporting processes and improving reporting efficiency is preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, BMS, BPTS, CPQ, OIP, or similar business systems is a plus.
Additional Responsibilities

Education, Licenses, Certifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- College or equivalent degree preferred.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
