Project Analyst - Mid-Level

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor supply chain processes using ServiceNow to manage requests, incidents, and tickets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and build detailed project plans in Atlassian Jira.
• Use Jira Kanban boards to map workflows, prioritize tasks, and track project milestones.
• Conduct data analysis on supply chain performance to identify trends and deliver process improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Project Analyst (or similar role) focused on supply chain environments.
• Strong practical proficiency with ServiceNow and Atlassian Jira.
• Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration capabilities.

Pay

Salary range: $47.74 - 57.74 per hour

Schedule

Work hours: 8am to 5pm
