About the role
This is a Full-Time On-Site position. The successful candidate will perform work daily at the client site location on Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of:
- Documentation of acquisition strategies
- Program documentation as identified in DoDI 5000.02, Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and AFI 63-101/20-101, Integrated Life Cycle Management
- Statements of Work or Performance Work Statements and other Request for Proposal documents
- Support:
- Technical evaluation of program proposals
- Identification, analysis, mitigation development, and monitoring of program risks, issues, and opportunities
- Development and analysis of program Integrated Master Schedules
- Analysis of program cost performance (Earned Value Management) and implementation of corrective actions
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications for Project Management Analyst 3: 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Minimum qualifications for Project Management Analyst 4: 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
- Minimum qualifications for Project Management Analyst 5: 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.
Qualifications
- SECRET clearance: For the relevant experience, a minimum of four (4) years must be supporting Air Force Acquisition Programs.
- Extensive knowledge and demonstrated application of DoD and Air Force program management policies and procedures on an ACAT III or higher modification program on a major weapon system.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of: Avionics in support of avionics subsystem definition, development, integration, and testing.
- Requirements development and verification methods to include review of ICD, sustainment, T&E, system architectures, and airworthiness certification across a wide range of hardware and software systems.
- Communications, navigation, and identification (CNI) systems.
- Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) development and validation.
- Experience with: Reviewing and/or developing AF Form 1067 (Modification Proposals).
- Fielding new and updated aircraft systems.
- Analysis of cost and schedule execution using Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Development of integrated master schedules (IMS) and analysis of critical path and schedule execution using Microsoft Project.

Pay
Anticipated Salary Range: $98,717.00 - $177,710.00
