Project Advisor, Home Services

About the Role

Connect with homeowners to support their home improvement projects, answer questions about ongoing work, and offer additional services. In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to customers, discuss project details, and help ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Successful contractors are sales-forward and can "talk shop" with customers. This client requires contractors who have high weekly availability and can provide at least 15 hours per week.

• Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
• Engage in consultative sales conversations

Requirements

• Comfort in consultative sales and outbound calling
• Knowledge of home improvement and remodeling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly tone and professional demeanor
• High weekly availability (minimum 15 hours per week)
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must not reside in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington

• Quiet, uninterrupted workspace
• Organized desk area

Technology Requirements

• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS, wired connection required; no Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile internet)
• Windows 11 operating system
• Windows Security/Microsoft Defender Antivirus (running and up to date)
• Wired USB headset with microphone
• Mac users: Limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility

Pay

Earn up to $0.27 per customer interaction minute with a guaranteed minimum of 39 minutes per hour. Contractors on this opportunity earn an average of $16.20/hour.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule—you choose your own hours
• Program is open Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT

The relationship between you and Working Solutions is contractual. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment, and Working Solutions will not withhold taxes on your earnings.
