Project Advisor
About the role
As a Project Advisor, you will work with internal and external clients to develop and execute various domain-related project types. You will manage the priorities and workload for your team, including at least one Project Partner, while pushing multiple projects forward simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Structuring and directing Project Partner’s work on various programs
- Managing simultaneous projects meeting committed timelines while achieving milestones enabling us to reach our annual goals
- Identifying the sequence of tasks and the resources needed to achieve a goal, and prioritizing key action steps
- Anticipating the impacts and risks of decisions and actions
- Establishing, coordinating, and maintaining solid, communicative, and consistent working relationships with external and internal clients
- Taking initiative in improving service, processes, programs, and products
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to examine data to grasp issues, draw conclusions, and solve problems
- Ability to provide high quality services, processes, programs, and products while consistently seeking ways to improve outcomes and enhance services
- Previous project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; demonstrated advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, v-lookups, ASAP Utilities)
- Flexibility and agility to adapt to team’s needs
- Effective written and verbal communications
- Ability to work independently and function as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
Experience with cutting-edge technology and global internet branding is preferred.

Schedule
This role is offered on a hybrid work model (3 days onsite/2 days remote) with an 8am to 5pm EST - Mon – Fri schedule.
