Job Responsibilities

  • Interact with all levels of the organization and external contacts/customers on a daily basis as the first point of contact.
  • Liaison between project sites, market offices, corporate offices and team members providing a high level of customer service to resolve issues and inquiries.
  • Work in partnership with the office departments and assist with all business functions.
  • Pursue subcontractor and vendor RFPs
  • Develop and field verify timecards
  • Enter and approve timecard reviews
  • Procore project setup and observations as needed to support field team
  • Review invoicing and verify non-billables
  • Maintain fleet/tools management accounting and records
  • Support facility-supported trainings
  • Office organization, maintenance and ordering supplies
  • Create T&E invoices and/or support documentation
  • Create workflows and systems to manage tooling/equipment/materials
  • Create templates for Bill of Materials (working with other regional engineers)

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, finance, or another quantitative field.
  • Ability to work with project leaders to assess potential risk.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data.
  • Proven technical documentation skills and ability to follow standards and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
  • Experience with Procore.
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
