  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience within an A/E/C firm, utility, EPC, or power‑delivery consulting environment.

  • Highly proficient understanding of the project delivery process with a strong background in project management.
  • Experience managing projects through various delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB).
  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills with business acumen to bridge business and project management.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively, persuasively, and tactfully with leadership, subcontractors, and employees at all levels.
  • Excellent self‑leadership, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and adaptability to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
