Responsibilities

  • scheduling and coordinating HBCU site visits and meetings
  • recording and distributing meeting minutes
  • organizing program materials in Microsoft Teams
  • scheduling stakeholder meetings
  • assisting with PowerPoint presentations
  • maintaining budget tracking documentation

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years administrative/project coordination experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom
  • strong written and verbal communication
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to handle confidential information
  • ability to work independently

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related field
  • higher education experience
  • familiarity with HBCUs and DEI initiatives
  • budget tracking experience
