Responsibilities
- scheduling and coordinating HBCU site visits and meetings
- recording and distributing meeting minutes
- organizing program materials in Microsoft Teams
- scheduling stakeholder meetings
- assisting with PowerPoint presentations
- maintaining budget tracking documentation
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent
- minimum 2 years administrative/project coordination experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom
- strong written and verbal communication
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to handle confidential information
- ability to work independently
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related field
- higher education experience
- familiarity with HBCUs and DEI initiatives
- budget tracking experience
