Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with established document control procedures and client requirements
- Establish and support EDMS structures, workflows, and implementation for project execution
- Cookordinate document flow between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely and accurate distribution
- Track and manage submittals, deliverables, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items
- Identify risks or potential issues and escalate appropriately to project leadership
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and client stakeholders as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Administration and/or Document Control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of document control principles, including EDMS structure setup and implementation
- Delivery execution and reporting
- Submittal management
- Turnover and closeout processes
Qualifications
- Experience supporting projects in industries such as data centers, power & utilities, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, food & beverage, or industrial sectors
- Hands-on experience with ProjectWise, SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and clients
- Prioritization and organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to proactively identify challenges and contribute to solutions

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $40,800.00 to $56,100.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked.
Schedule
Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
