About the role

As a Project Administrator, you will serve as a trusted operational partner to senior leaders and project teams, assisting in keeping people, projects, and priorities moving forward for project success. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support; this role is a central hub for communication, coordination, and compliance, ensuring leadership teams are well-supported, projects remain on track, and clients receive timely, accurate information.

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers with proposal preparation, project reporting, including field and laboratory data, and participation in project review meetings.
  • Work with the project managers, scheduler of field work, and field staff to support project and staff needs.
  • Aid in the implementation and ongoing compliance, including tracking field reports for client distribution.
  • Support the Office Principal and other Office leaders with office-specific needs.
  • Provide support by producing meeting agendas and minutes, assisting with planning and coordination of meetings, events, safety, and required training, and helping coordinate new hires for onboarding.

Requirements

  • You have a High school diploma or GED.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • You have Construction, engineering, or consulting firm experience, a plus.
  • You have intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, Metafield or data entry programs, and MicrosoftOffice Suite.
  • You have a Notary Public Certification, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

  • You have an Associate's degree in Business or Accounting, a plus.
