Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project coordination support across construction projects
- Support project documentation, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Affiliate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support project execution and communication
- Sustain financial reconciliation processes to ensure alignment with project data
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Maintain and update systems, tools, and documentation used to manage construction projects
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or project support experience preferred, 1–3 years of experience in cable or telecommunications construction preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and maps
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
