Project Administrator
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both our internal and external clients
- Affiliate with general administrative tasks
- Support internal and external reporting functions
- Keep in touch with vendors
- Makes sure all necessary paperwork for divisions and subcontractors is completed and submitted on time
- Regularly update our systems and platforms to ensure all communications and service request updates are documented
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements
- Preferred: Two (2) years of administrative office experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
- Strong communication, customer relations, and problem-solving abilities
- Great attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
