Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both our internal and external clients
  • Affiliate with general administrative tasks
  • Support internal and external reporting functions
  • Keep in touch with vendors
  • Makes sure all necessary paperwork for divisions and subcontractors is completed and submitted on time
  • Regularly update our systems and platforms to ensure all communications and service request updates are documented
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements

  • Preferred: Two (2) years of administrative office experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
  • Strong communication, customer relations, and problem-solving abilities
  • Great attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
