Responsibilities
- Review Certified Payrolls for subcontractors
- Aid with trade/craft payroll processing
- Aid with monthly pay applications (Invoice to Owner, Subcontractor Payments, Waiver Tracking)
- Review Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Create, update, and maintain reports
- Document Control (Scanning/Uploading documents)
- Aid with minor purchasing (processing invoices, cost comparisons)
- Insurance Certificate Tracking
- Equipment Tracking
- Job Site Equipment and Inventory Control
- Answering phones
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administration/accounting experience; experience working on large scale construction projects in similar roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution, preferred
- Demonstrated experience in billing, document control, and purchasing
- Commitment to maintaining data accuracy and timeliness in processing and delivery. Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and utilize resources appropriately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
- Able to work well with others, take direction, and work independently
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
