PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes work according to standard procedures on assignments from the assigned Project Team.
- Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes, forms and other documents.
- Generates reports to support project function.
- Enters, updates, and maintains data within project database.
- Edits and formats documents prepared by other team members to conform to Audubon standard formats.
- Organizes and maintains project files and project Share Point site.
- Reports administratively and receives direction from the Managers of Projects and functionally to assigned Project Leader.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Required / Preferred Education & Experience: High School Diploma AND 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Capable of reviewing and approving deliverables for consistency and presentation.
- Able to work independently within established guidelines.
