About the role
Meyer Utility Structures is seeking a Project Administrator for their Fort Worth, TX location.
Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of post-sales service functions, including organizing projects into manageable production releases that align with production constraints and customer delivery commitments
- Collaborate with Engineering and the Project Manager to meet material order deadlines
- Coordinate with Modeling and the Project Manager to obtain customer approval for drawings
- Work with the Project Manager and the plant to maintain project data within our software systems, including:
- Organizing and maintaining project data and documentation
- Communicating change orders and project notifications using our proprietary notification system
- Entering and maintaining project details in JEE (enterprise software system)
- Reviewing and modifying text-based data files to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
- Identify and analyze moderately complex project-related issues and assist in developing solutions to support positive project outcomes by applying established procedures and policies
- Aid in the preparation, review, and transmittal of shop orders and bills of materials
- Support the Project Manager with expedited delivery requests for high-priority projects and strategic opportunities for strategic customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with a minimum of two years of technical customer account administration
- Strong organizational, time-management, and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide responsive customer support while fostering productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Close attention to detail with data entry and auditing to ensure accuracy
- Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines while supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing operation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP systems and Power BI
