Project Accountant - Construction

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Location: South Lowell, MA (100% onsite).

Responsibilities

• Manage job costing, WIP reporting, progress billings, and change orders
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts
• Work with Project Managers on financial reporting, budgets, and cost projections

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project accounting experience
• Procore cloud-based construction software experience required
• Experience with job costing, WIP schedules, progress billings, and change orders
