Responsibilities Of The Project Accountant Manage project billing, invoicing, and financial reconciliations across multiple construction projects.Maintain project budgets, job costing, and monthly financial projections.Coordinate billing approvals and documentation with Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners.Review invoices, track project expenses, and support month-end reporting. Qualifications Of The Project Accountant 2+ years of accounting experience; project or construction accounting preferred.Strong Excel skills and ability to manage complex spreadsheets.Familiarity with project billing, job costing, AIA billing, and construction accounting processes.Experience with Sage, Procore, or similar systems is a plus. #INOCT26
