Job Duties
- Manage the monthly subcontractor billing process in Textura, including tracking of compliance, and authorization of payments to subcontractors and subtiers
- Post of billings and payments into ERP
- Conduct monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy between systems
- Afford assistance in creating monthly invoices for construction projects and post the invoices into the ERP
- Afford assistance in job audits (pre, during, post-project)
- Respond and communicate with subcontractors and vendors on payment status
- Perform various other general accounting tasks
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in invoicing and accounts payable accounting
- Professional Degree in accounting is required
- Technology: Proficiency in MS Excel and all Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Must possess the highest level of integrity, discretion, and a positive attitude
- Work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
- Able to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
- Able to effectively problem solve and communicate with the appropriate personnel

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication (written and verbal), ability to interact as part of a team to drive results
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in Vista accounting software, PROCORE, and Textura Payment Management
- Previous experience with lien waiver collection and review
- Previous experience in construction accounting
