Responsibilities
- Assist with billing, specifically in regard to Locklear/Rogers projects.
- Reconcile jobs.
- Change order research and help get change orders for all salesmen.
- Proper project close out.
- Comsense reports, cleaning up WIP and sales orders.
- Research back charges, missing material, change orders, etc.
- Other relative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associates’ degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Experience in both construction and accounting related positions preferred.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
Skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills required.
- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
