What you'll do
- Room patients and prepare them for examination and procedures
- Aid with biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy and other in-office dermatology procedures
- Obtain histories, vital signs and documentation in Epic
- Provide patient education and reinforce treatment plans
- Cook up care, prescription refills and follow-up appointments
- Help maintain efficient clinic flow while delivering an exceptional patient experience
What you'll need
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, Licensed Practical Nurse program, or Wisconsin EMT program; or qualifying clinical experience consistent with the role
- Current Wisconsin LPN license (if applicable)
- Current Wisconsin EMT license (if applicable)
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start)
