About the role

Park Nicollet is seeking LPNs and Medical Assistants to join their Dermatology Therapy team. This role offers a unique blend of collaboration and work-life balance within a supportive, team-centered culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance to providers in accordance with PNHS standard and policies.
  • Works in dermatology, utilizing broad-based skills in basic patient care, ancillary services, and business office practices.
  • Collaborates with a team of over 80 medical support staff members and over 20 frontline and call center staff.
  • Supports a specialty that values balance and sustainability with flexible hours and schedules.

Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing. Must maintain a current state license of practical nursing. Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained.
  • Medical Assistant (MA): Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by “The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)” or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained.

Qualifications

  • Both roles require current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, with maintenance required.
  • On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in basic patient care and administrative tasks are essential.
