About the Role
Provide evidence-based care to acutely ill adult patients requiring close monitoring and complex therapies in a Medical Progressive Care Unit.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and perform telemetry monitoring.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care and support rapid response efforts.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Accurately document care and patient information in the EHR.
Requirements
- Current valid license as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in acute or progressive care settings preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
