About the Role

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to acutely ill patients in a progressive care unit.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex assessments and manage telemetry and IV therapies
• Respond to changes in patient condition promptly and effectively
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and engagement in care
• Support safe transitions of care and contribute to quality and safety initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Experience with telemetry and IV therapy management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
