About the Role
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to acutely ill patients in a progressive care unit.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex assessments and manage telemetry and IV therapies
- Respond to changes in patient condition promptly and effectively
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families to support understanding and engagement in care
- Support safe transitions of care and contribute to quality and safety initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with telemetry and IV therapy management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
