Progressive Care Nurse

Registered Nurse (Progressive Care Unit) Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to acutely ill adults who require close monitoring and advanced interventions. Monitor patients using telemetry and assess/report changes in clinical status.Administer medications and manage IV therapy in accordance with clinical standards.Deliver high-quality care while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in the EMR.Educate patients and families and support informed care decisions.Participate in care planning and contribute to continuous quality improvement.Respond promptly to patient needs and adjust care based on assessment findings. Qualifications Current RN licensure.Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills (telemetry/acute care).Proficiency with medication administration, IV management, and EMR documentation.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
