About the role
This position involves providing intensive job training and skill development to young adults through a structured program.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical and professional training in areas such as Banking, IT Support, Application Development, Data Analysis, Project Management, Business Operations, Customer Success, and Network Security & Support.
- Support participants in developing business communication, interviewing, networking, and resume skills.
- Assist participants in securing internships and job placements, offering personalized coaching and mentorship.
- Facilitate access to internships with leading organizations and provide ongoing guidance to launch careers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
- No Bachelor’s degree obtained.
- Availability Monday through Friday.
