On-siteOTHR$90k–$120k/yrFull-time

Quite Remarkable is a global travel platform designed for those who value discovery, culture, and exceptional places, experiences, and programming. The company curates a portfolio of remarkable homes, boutique hotels and resorts, rare experiences, and transformative wellness programs in some of the world’s most inspiring destinations. By combining thoughtful curation, proprietary technology, and elevated service, Quite Remarkable connects members to places and moments that go far beyond traditional travel. Quite Remarkable is a One Planet Group portfolio company.

About the role

Based in our brand-new Beverly Hills-area office, this role will be fully in-office. We believe that being together in person fosters the strongest collaboration, creativity, and culture. This role may also require flexibility to travel as needed in support of partnerships, programming, and brand initiatives.

The Programming Manager will define and deliver QR’s curated calendar of experiences, events, cultural moments, and wellness. This role plays a key part in shaping the brand beyond travel—creating meaningful, memorable connections for members.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and execute signature programming across travel, culture, and lifestyle
  • Build partnerships with cultural institutions, creators, and brands
  • Develop programming themes aligned with QR’s brand and audience
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of experiences and events
  • Collaborate with marketing to amplify programming initiatives
  • Ensure quality, exclusivity, and relevance across all offerings

You don’t just talk about AI; you use it. You’ll be AI-native—not “AI-aware.” You’ll design, own, and evolve agentic workflows that dramatically expand your leverage. You have a proven track record of using generative AI for creative production and machine learning for audience segmentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in events, programming, or experiential marketing
  • Strong network within culture, luxury, or lifestyle spaces
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver premium experiences
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Creative thinker with strong taste and cultural awareness

Benefits

  • Take part in our Service Days program—where you'll be rewarded with paid time off for volunteering and making a positive impact in your community
  • Join forces with our diverse Global Community and connect with team members from all over the world
  • Comprehensive extended health benefits package to ensure your total well-being
  • Dedicated to your professional growth with ongoing Professional Development opportunities
  • Complimentary lunches and exciting team events in the office

Pay

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000

In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Incentive Plan—an initiative that rewards our profitability, overall success, and your individual contributions. Compensation will be determined by factors including knowledge and skills, role-specific qualifications, market location, and experience.
