Information TechnologyFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes "About The Job" which is about role description; we can map to "About the role". Then responsibilities: "Your main duties and responsibilities will be:" with bullet list. Then "About You" includes required qualifications, experience, etc. We need to separate into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills maybe. The posting includes required education, experience, etc. Also desirable. Also core competencies. Also contract length, band, designation, start date. That could be Benefits? Actually "We offer Contract length: 1 year Band: G Designation of Duty Station: Saida/Tyre Start date: 15th October 2026". That's not benefits but maybe we can put under "Benefits"? Not exactly. There's no explicit benefits, pay, schedule. Salary not given. So we should not create Pay/Benefits/Schedule sections because they are not stated. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. So we omit those. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Possibly also "Core Competencies" but not in list; we could put under Skills? But we should follow allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include Skills for core competencies and desirable skills. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We need to strip boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. Let's extract content. About the role: The paragraph after "About The Job". We'll put that as prose. Responsibilities: The list under "Your main duties and responsibilities will be:" includes several paragraphs each starting with bold headings? Actually they are headings like Programme delivery and technical coordination, Staff management, Grant implementation..., Partner management, Sector coordination..., Monitoring and evaluation, Accountability..., Other. Each has sub-bullets. We need to turn into

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can treat each main duty as a
    • containing maybe sub-list? But we can just flatten: each bullet point as
    • . However we need to preserve all detail. Could nest lists but not required. Simpler: each duty as
    • with the description. We'll produce a
        with each duty as
      • . Inside each
      • we can have multiple sentences. Requirements: The "About You" section includes required education, experience, etc. We'll separate into Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (maybe education?) but we can combine. However we need to follow headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We'll decide: - Requirements: Mandatory experience, education, etc. - Qualifications: Maybe desirable? But we have both required and desirable. Could put required under Requirements, desirable under Qualifications? Or Skills for core competencies. Let's map: Requirements: Required Bachelor degree, minimum four years experience, at least two years in formal team leadership, previous experience with DRC, demonstrated experience managing staff, practical project-cycle management experience, experience overseeing humanitarian or recovery programmes in at least one relevant area, strong knowledge of South Lebanon context, currently residing in South Lebanon, demonstrated ability to coordinate with stakeholders, strong analytical/planning/organizational/interpersonal/communication/problem-solving skills, good command of MS Office, professional working proficiency in Arabic and English. Qualifications: Desirable items: previous experience managing more than one thematic team or integrated multisector response, experience working in emergency/displacement/collective shelter/conflict-affected settings in South Lebanon, experience working with implementing partners and monitoring partner-delivered activities, knowledge of Kobo or other digital data-collection and basic data-analysis tools. Skills: Core competencies: Striving for excellence, Collaborating, Taking the lead, Communicating, Demonstrating integrity. We also have contract length etc. Not a section; maybe we could put under "About the role" as extra paragraph? But it's under "We offer". Could be considered part of "About the role"? Might be better to add a short paragraph after About the role? But we must not invent sections. Could add a

under About the role containing that info. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could include that info in About the role paragraph. Thus About the role will include the description plus the contract details. Let's craft HTML. We'll start with maybe not required; just headings and content. We'll output:

        About the role

        ...

        Responsibilities

        • ...
        • ...

        Requirements

        • ...
        • ...

        Qualifications

        • ...
        • ...

        Skills

        • ...
        • ...
Make sure no extra whitespace? It's fine. Now extract precise text. About the role paragraph: Combine: "The Programme Team Leader (South) serves as DRC’s primary field-level programme focal point in South Lebanon and oversees the coordinated implementation of all assigned DRC programme activities in the area. The role may oversee activities across Protection, Economic Recovery, Shelter and Site Management, emergency response, and other thematic areas introduced according to operational needs. The post holder is not expected to be the technical specialist for every sector. The role ensures strong people management, operational planning, budget follow-up, compliance, coordination, field-level problem solving, and timely delivery, while working closely with relevant Technical Coordinators and Specialists for technical quality assurance. The position requires strong knowledge of the South Lebanon context, established relationships with local stakeholders, and regular field presence. The Team Leader translates project commitments and technical guidance into practical field plans and ensures safe, accountable, integrated, and high-quality assistance." Add contract details: "We offer Contract length: 1 year Band: G Designation of Duty Station: Saida/Tyre Start date: 15th October 2026 Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Danish Refugee Council’s Terms of Employment for Nationals; please refer to drc.ngo under Vacancies . For questions regarding the vacancy please contact" We might omit the last sentence about contact as it's application instruction? It says "For questions regarding the vacancy please contact". That's like application instruction; we should remove application instructions. So drop that sentence. Also "Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Danish Refugee Council’s Terms of Employment for Nationals; please refer to drc.ngo under Vacancies." That's also referral to external; maybe we keep as it's not application instruction? It's about salary reference; but it's a pointer to external. Might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to keep the contract length etc but omit the referral sentence. We'll keep: "We offer Contract length: 1 year Band: G Designation of Duty Station: Saida/Tyre Start date: 15th October 2026." Now responsibilities list: We need to capture each duty paragraph. Let's extract each duty heading and its content. 1.
